(TJ MAXX – FRANKLIN TOWNE PLAZA – STOREROOM REMODEL) Permit is to remodel the 608 sq. ft. storeroom within an 47,217 sq. ft. existing retail building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select interior door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) offices, a storage room and a clerical room, new acoustic suspended ceiling, new lighting fixture, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for unlimited area building provisions Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
