The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a two level NFPA 13 R four-plex. CPVC piping and extended coverage residential sprinklers are being utilized.

[BLD16-01105] - For building area and to eliminate the requirement to rate the exterior walls of Buildings A & B they are considered one building. Permit for the construction of a new 2 story 4,288 sq. ft. four plex all of which are two story units with each having their own entries. Construction will be wood framed type VB construction. All work per the approved plans attached engineering and any notations. This building is fully fire sprinklered for R occupancy. CDM
