The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

[BLD16-02004] - The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To remodel an existing 2,531 square foot restaurant for a new restaurant tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, millwork, finishes, and kitchen equipment. The restrooms are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled as defined by the code in effect when they were created. The existing grease hood (Type I) will be reused. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
