The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of underground supply to three buildings from a loop main.

[BLD16-01058] - Permit to construct a new 121,503 square foot (5) story apartment building. First floor foundation and concrete podium permit submitted under BLD15-04472. Each floor is approximately 24,176 square feet. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system to comply with special provisions of section 510.2 and area increase. Scope of work includes: interior finish of the first floor, construction of wood frame 4 story building on top of the previously approved podium, installation of interior non-bearing walls and bearing walls to create 76 individual units, new plumbing, new electrical, new mechanical, new insulation, new windows, new doors, and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building will be sprinklered with special provisions of section 510.2 and area increase. **TLW**
