The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of installing a complete automatic wet and dry pipe fire sprinkler system throughout the new building per NFPA 13 2013 for light and ordinary hazard, and storage. Work will begin at the connection to the 8" fire stub at the property line and extend 90' of 8" C900 PVC to the riser room.

? Ceiling added in the Compressor Room 109. A pendant head was added below the ceiling.
? The dry sidewall sprinkler was eliminated under the exterior entry canopy outside of Vestibule 100. this entry canopy is all noncombustible and will not be used for storage.
? The Exterior Wash Bay 107 was changed from 3 bays to 4 bays. This required the dry system to be reconfigured. A new hydraulic calculation has been attached to the Plan Mod.
[BLD15-01997] - Permit to construct a new 21,636 square foot office / shop building. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and utilizes enhanced lighting to comply with the 2012 IECC. Scope of work includes: construction of poured concrete foundation, construction of reinforced CMU exterior walls, construction of new steel bar-joist roof framing / steel pan deck, [construction of interior nonbearing walls to create: service area, cutomer lounge, janitor closet, separate sex accessible restrooms, vestibule, guest office, five individual offices, a conference room, a parts / service counter area, parts warehouse, fire riser room electrical closet, fabrication closet, men’s locker room, and a break room], new electrical, new plumbing, new mechanical, new interior / exterior finishes, new accessible doors / hardware, new front awning, new exterior dock canopy, and related site work. NOTE: a separate racking permit is required and the exterior wash bay is required to be submitted as a Deferred Submittal. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. **TLW**
