[BLD16-02659] - Permit is to remodel an existing 4,282 sq. ft. tenant space on the 1st floor of a 48,000 sq. ft. three story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a larger conference room, (4) offices, (3) offices with partial height walls, partial height walls at the open office area, a break room, new select transom windows, new millwork, relocate existing sink, relocating select existing light fixtures, adding select new light fixtures, some plumbing work, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
