The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of part of the subfloor area. The system is designed as a grid with a loop feed main. The grid has a 4” primary and secondary mains with 1 ½” branch lines. The sprinklers are center in the intersections of the waffle ceiling. The system is designed based on OH II for 3000 ft² per IFC for Semiconductor H5.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

[BLD16-01184] - Permit to construct the steel super structure to a new 168,000 square foot R & D Facility. This permit scope of work was only for the structural steel construction. No details of the exterior coverings / insulation / Interior Exit stairs / etc. were provided as part of this permit. Current alternates are submitted; however, assurances were given that this project will proceed regardless of the approval of the alternates. Foundation permit issued under BLD16-01184. **TLW**
