The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of Building #3 only. The two level building is protected per NFPA 13. The 4” underground will supply a 2 ½” backflow. The bottom level has various ordinary hazard areas. The top level has apartments and utilizes residential sprinklers. The building has floor level control valves. The top level is tented.

The underground piping is under permit FIR16-00473

• Exposed piping is steel. Concealed branch line piping on floor 1-2 is CPVC, the mains are steel.

[BLD16-01060] - (Building #3) Permit to construct a new 14,850 square foot (2) story apartment / clubhouse. The first floor is about 7,635 square feet and the second floor is 7,215 square feet. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an NFPA 13 system to comply corridor reduction requirements. Scope of work includes: construct a new concrete foundation, construction of wood frame 2 story building, installation of interior non-bearing walls and bearing walls to create 6 individual units, new plumbing, new electrical, new mechanical, new insulation, new windows, new doors, and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building will be sprinklered with a fully compliant NFPA 13 system to comply corridor exceptions. **TLW**

Tenting is not complete, no insulation installed over piping in numerous area's. City approved drawings show a detail with attic space being completely filled with insulation, numerous area's have 6 plus inches of combustible material exposed, insulation needs to fill any and all area's in attic space or upright head protection will be required, refer to note number 8 of fire sprinkler permit review comments for specifics.
