The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. A new mezzanine is protected by dropping down from the above system.

[BLD16-03242] - New food safety laboratory and offices within an existing 8,475 sq. ft. space with work to include the addition of a 4,843 second story to include offices, training rooms and food testing facilities. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
