The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a wet system protecting a one level building with a mezzanine. The mezzanine is Light hazard and the remainder of the building is OH 2. The 6” underground supplies a 3” backflow preventer and riser to a 2 ½” x2”x1 ½” grid. The mezzanine is a side feed design with 2 ½” main and telescoping branch lines.

[BLD16-02889] – Permit for the construction of a new 6,119 Sq. Ft. 1 story with a 945 sq. ft. mezzanine, 5,530 grade level and 539 sq. ft. of covered parking building areas include office, showroom, exterior covered parking , and a car detailing shop with work to include site grading and utilities and the construction of a new steel building. this building is fully fire sprinklered to allow for the larger mezzanine and common path of travel of 100 feet.
