The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of providing in duct sprinkler protection for two exhaust ducts.

• The underground is under permit FIR16-00701
• Building drawings are also linked in under permit BLD16-01184 (Steel Superstructure)

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

[BLD16-03440] - Construction to include the building envelope to include exterior walls and roof, link construction to B36, all interior construction, doors, hardware and finishes and specialty wall, ceiling and floor materials and details, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and Fire Alarm and Fire Protection systems. Fire Protection Drawings will be a deferred submittal. Proposed Pyrophoric Room will be permitted separately.
