[BLD16-04264] - Permit is to remodel west end within the 13,400 sq. ft. third floor of an existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of select interior nonbearing walls and select wall infill to create (7) offices, a storage room and a conference room, select new door/door frames, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
