[BLD16-02650] – Permit for the construction of a new 8,028 sq. ft., two story building including 420 sq. ft. of common entry area and covered patios. The building is comprised of 4, 951, sq. ft. type B units on the first story and 4, 951 sq. ft. units on the second story with each unit accessed through a common entry area. The building is to be constructed per the approved plans and the attached engineering. The building is fully fire sprinklered with a NFPA 13R system for R occupancies. CDM

Re-routing of the underground piping has been approved. All sprinkler piping in the building can be covered.

Overhead hydro passed and tenting in apartments 203 and 204 passed and piping can be covered. However piping can not be covered on the first floor until approved plans have been received that show the underground pipe routing changes.

Todays inspection was for the rough-in for the whole building. 90's are missing at the top and bottom of the second floor feed. The only areas where piping can be covered are in the upstairs apartments 201 and 202 since these were the only two which had tenting. Need resubmittals showing the underground supply piping being routed above ground to the new riser room.
