The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of providing fire protection for a small building. The designer has indicated the building will be used for boilers and pumps. He has also indicated there are no hazardous materials within the building. The system is a 4”x3”x1 1.2” grid. The 6” underground supplies a 4” riser.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
