The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of providing in duct sprinkler protection for two exhaust ducts.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

[BLD16-03440] - For completion of work not addressed under permit BLD16-03892. For the construction of a new one story building with a basement for a fabrication and R&D facility to include related site work. The building includes a 149,327 sq. ft. basement, a 164,022 sq. ft. first story and a 33,638 sq. ft. equipment platform. This building is fully fire sprinklered and alarmed for H occupancy. CDM
