The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

[BLD16-04251] – Permit for the construction of a 346 sq. ft. addition to an existing 8,121 sq. ft. building to expand the existing men’s locker room with work to include demolition of some exterior concrete slab and asphalt new foundations and exterior walls, expansion of the existing breakroom, construction of a parts office, installation of new showers, and misc. restroom fixtures and related interior and exterior finishes per the approved plans and the attached engineering. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
