Work to include: demolition of existing interior non-bearing partition walls, associated electrical, and built-in millwork; removal of existing floor drains and existing floor; construction of new acoustical ceiling with new lights; installation of hi-low fountain, new water heater, and new vertical grab bar in existing restroom. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
