The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting an existing building which has warehouse space and office space. The space is to be a vanilla shell at this time.

[BLD16-00817] – Permit to remodel 7,305 square feet of a 47,550 square foot building. This permit is to add Core Restrooms, Interior Exit Stairways, an Exit Access Stairway, and an elevator shaft (Elevator to be installed later) to the Northern multi-story portion of this building. No occupancy allowed under this permit. This building is being fully sprinklered to allow flexibility for future tenant occupancy groups and fire areas. A separate Major Tenant Improvement Permit is required to occupy this building. Scope of work includes: construction of new elevator shaft / pit, construction of two new Interior Exit Stairways, construction of a new center Exit Access Stairway, [construction of interior nonbearing walls to create: two separate sex restrooms, two storage rooms, and two utility closets], new electrical, new plumbing, new mechanical, new interior finishes, and new accessible doors / hardware. This building will be sprinklered with a Full NFPA 13 system to allow area increase and non-separated uses with A-2 being the most restrictive. **TLW**
