The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a spec warehouse designed as an ESFR sprinkler system. New 8” underground will supply an 8” backflow preventer, riser and feed main. The system is designed as a 6”x4”x2½” grid with ESFR K=25.2 sprinklers.
