The building has mason walls open web joist and steel pan deck. It is 9813 ft². The building is conditioned throughout and there is one wet system for the building. To meet 2012 International Green Construction Code as adopted. To construct a 9,813 sq. ft. one story commercial business building and related site improvements. Scope of work includes: construction of a slab on grade concrete foundation, CMU exterior envelope walls, open web steel roof joist, steel roof decking, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Sprinklers used for area increase. This building will be fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. System shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: Special Inspections Required see form 310. Note: This building requires a Preoccupancy Commissioning Report, this report shall be submitted and accepted by the Building Official prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. **JG**
