Need sticker for the bell and forward flow flush. Also will need test papers. Unit heaters have been installed in the wet system spaces in the attic above the main roof with temp. sensors.

Todays inspection was for the sprinkler piping located in the combustible concealed spaces located on the roof. I was unable to get access to the areas where the dry sprig-ups have been installed. The other areas where the piping is installed I was able to inspect and found that one seismic restraint is needed. But the bigger issue is that all of this piping is supplied from the wet system and the areas where it is installed in unheated. Means to heat these areas are needed as per NFPA 13 or a dry pipe system may be required also per NFPA 13.

The earth quake bracing has been corrected. The branchline siesmic restraints have been added and the east facing extended coverage dry sidewall has been piped. Lower level piping can be covered except where the piping penatrates out to the front entry canopy

Rough-in passed for the lower level except the earthquake bracing needs to be possibly modified as discussed and siesmic bracing for the branchlines added. The sidewall heads, cooler heads and all of the upper/roof level heads have not been installed yet. No small documents were provided just the plans/piping layout. Riser is not built yet.
