The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

Tenant improvement to existing 69,464 sq ft two-story office building. Improvements include adding new offices, meeting and fitness rooms; new ceilings; new floor and wall finishes; new mechanical, plumbing and electrical units and fixtures. No site or exterior work is included. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system. Separate permits will be required prior to modifications to the building fire protection systems; as regulated by the Fire Department.
