This building is fire sprinklered for fire area. Permit is for two additions totaling 1,135 additional sq ft to enclose mechanical equipment and for modifications to the roof top mechanical units. Special inspections are required per Form 310. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **JAR**
