The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of
This is added a new wet piping sprinkler system to part of the 1st floor of the 5 story pioneer parking garage. The 6" underground supply is existing. The new wet pipe system will connect to the existing underground. The existing manual dry standpipe shall remain as is. The new wet system shall connect into the existing FDC and the FDC will now be signed as a "Standpipe & Sprinkler FDC".

Tenant Improvement Design of the Chamber of Commerce within the ground level of the Pioneer Crossing Parking Garage. NOTE: This tenant space only is fire sprinklered. The rest of the parking garage building is NOT fire sprinklered.

Alternative Materials and Methods:
This project includes approved code alternates to the following fire protection systems and/or building life safety systems. Please review the supplemental documents attached to this building permit case for details. Fire protection “shop drawings” shall include approved code alternate design.
