The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of installing an addition to the existing dry fire sprinkler system in this existing building to cover the new exterior mechanical room being added on.

The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase, for story increase, to allow the H-3 Occupancy, and for fire area. Permit to construct a new 900 sq. ft. semi-heated attached pre-engineered metal building addition on the east side of the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select equipment for new structure, the construction of a new manufactured steel building, new unit heater, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and mechanical work. Note: special inspection required see attached form #310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
