The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Permit is to remodel an existing 6,903 sq. ft. retail space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior window and infill opening, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create simulator rooms, an office, a storage closet, and an open merchandise/putting area, select millwork, select ne gypsum ceiling, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
