his building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit for tenant improvements within an existing 2,772 sq.ft. unoccupied space. Work to include two new accessible restrooms, construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls, suspended ceiling, HVAC RTUs and ducting, fire sprinkler, electrical and interior finishes in compliance with Ch.8 of the IBC. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. Any alterations to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the City of Boise fire department. **JAR**
