The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Permit is to create a 2,800 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant space within the 21,885 sq. ft. building. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD17-00763. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a demising wall, conference room, a storage room, an open office area, a warehouse area and (2) accessible restrooms, new door/doorframes, select new interior window, millwork, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceilings, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
