The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. Sprinkler work is on 1st floor. System is supplied by a fire pump in the basement.

his building is sprinklered to allow 5th floor. Permit is for improvements to the shell and core of an existing historic building. Work to include: painting exterior of building, construction of new solid canopy on Bannock Street; demolition of stair connecting 1st floor and basement, remodel of 1st floor exterior entry; new office tenant exterior entry; demolition of interior non-bearing partitions in 1st floor and basement tenant spaces; remodeled electrical, mechanical, and plumbing; and new interior finishes on all floors. Interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. NO OCCUPANCY TO REMODELED TENANT SPACES IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. RELOCTED/FUTURE TENANTS SHALL APPLY FOR PERMIT PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. **JAR**
