The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of removing existing CPVC piping on two floors and replacing with new steel piping. Each floor is designed as a loop with side feel branch lines.

Permit is to remodel levels 2&3. Work to include: removal of existing improvements, and build back of new partitions, ceilings and lighting. Remove and replace existing mechanical diffusers, fire alarms devices, exit signs to allow for new ceilings.
