RELOCATE EXISTING QUICK RESPONSE HEADS TO NEW CEILING AND WALL LAYOUT

This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Permit is to remodel an existing 2,455 sq. ft. tenant space by acquiring additional square footage from the existing adjacent tenant space to create a new tenant space that is 3,172 sq. ft. and reduce the existing 1,954 sq. ft. adjacent tenant space to 1,232 sq. ft. which is to be occupied by Golden Eagle under BLD18-01172. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate, removal of select interior windows and relocate, removal of select millwork, construction of select new interior nonbearing walls to demise tenant spaces, to create (4) offices, select new interior window, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
