Roughly 267' of 6" c900 already connects the city main to the building riser. This permit is to attach to the existing UG with 6" C900 and run about 25' to a new hydrant as indicated on the plans.

Permit to construct a new 4,070 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of existing interior paint booth within the existing building, removal of select door/door frame, removal of select mechanical equipment, removal of select exterior compressor enclosure, construction of select new 2-hour rated fire barrier wall, construction of a new 4,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building to house a 1,707 sq. ft. paint booth and a 141 sq. ft. mixing room, construction of new footing foundation, new concrete slab, select existing wall infill, new mechanical equipment, electrical work and mechanical work. Note 1: The spray booth is required to comply with the 2015 International Fire Code, NFPA 33 and 2017 NEC. Note 2: Special inspection is required, see form #310 attached. Note 3: See code alternate attached to fully fire sprinkler the new paint booth building and paint booth related areas plus fully fire sprinkler the adjacent attached existing building. The buildings new Fire Sprinkler/Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
