Plans do not match what is installed. Plans show two phone lines for monitoring. There is a DSC Cell DACT installed that is not on plans. According to JCI this was installed by Apex. Did not check horn strobe placment/candella. THere is an in duct detector in the reception area that is above hard lid ceiling with no access hatch. Per Brian, he accessed by moving the 120V lighting. I noted there were at least 4 card readers (not live) by entry doors and there is no access control interface shown on fire alarm plans. While access control integration with fire alarm wouldn't hold up fire alarm final it may hold up building life safety. I gave this information verbally to both Damien over the phone and Brian, both with JCI. General Contractor was not on site.
