As-builts or plan mods are needed showing the piping routing changes (additional fittings), per the data sheet for the sidewall heads the min. mounting distance from the ceiling 4" but the heads have been installed at 3 1/2". Also the sidewall heads have a max distance to be mounted off a wall and that has been exceeded. Verification needs to be provided that shows the heads have been installed per their listing. I noted the center line in the garage has no wall behind the sidewall heads again is this listed. I will need verification from the state that sprinkler coverage is not needed in the closet close to the riser. I will need to see the tenting where the piping passes above the Kitchen cabinets.
