Fire alarm is compliamt with NFPA72, horns needed to be removed due too exceeding 110db. Plans are too be updated showing changes, permit can be finaled after cahnges are approved. 14 day TCO authorized pending fire alarm drawing update.

Areas have been adjusted due too sound levels exceeding 110db, plans need to reflect corrections. Smoke detecotr to close to wall HVAC unit, minimum 36 inches away is required. Level 3 room sounder bases did not function with general fire alarm in common areas. Provide weather proof mounting boxes for bathrooms with showers. Inspection stopped after level 3 sounder bases did not function.
