(Existing Manufactured home Alteration) - To add a new roof onto an existing 10'-0" wide manufactured home located in a mobile home park. Roof to consist of 2x4 Doug fir #1 or better members, 7/16" O.S.B. both sides attached w/ 8d @ 3"o.c., attached to existing structure with simpson straps, 2x4 framing, and corrugated metal roofing. The existing construction supporting the new roof construction shall be per the engineered design and the approved plans. Roof will be open on both ends for roof venting.
