ALL WORK PER THE APPROVED PLAN MODIFICATION SHEET AND THE APPROVED ALTERNATE REQUEST LETTER ON FILE. SRZ*** To prepare an existing 61,616 sq. ft.(vacant) commercial shell building for future tenants. NO OCCUPANCY OF THIS STRUCTURE IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy the space. This is a Scope of Work Permit. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. Work to include: Remove designated interior walls and doors from existing spaces and interior finishes specified on plans; add an electrical panel platform; replace and fix damaged interior finishes; remove existing floor finishes throughout tenant space and replace; remove existing ceiling tiles and add a dropped ceiling grid throughout; patch, re-texture and paint effected walls after demolition work; construct interior 2x steel stud walls; and prepare tenant space for a retail Mercantile occupancy.
