(REVOLUTIONS LLC.) **4-24-2012 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: COMPLETELY REVISE THE INTERIOR LAYOUT OF THIS SPACE PER PLANS; RELOCATE THE PROPOSED MEZZANINE; CREATE MORE STORAGE/STAGING AREA WHICH REDUCES THE DESIGN OCCUPANT LOAD; MODIFY THE MEANS OF EGRESS SYSTEM PER PLANS; AND ALL OTHER WORK PER THE APPROVED PLAN, ATTAHCED PLAN REVIEW REPORT, AND ALL OTHER REVIEWING AGFENCIES APPROVALS. SRZ** "Formally the Corridor at Glenwood - NAC Events Center" To convert a 28,195 square foot portion of an existing building to an Event Center per the approved plans. This building was previously reviewed under BLD2009-00073 to renovate and prepare this building for future Tenant Improvements. The work is to include: Provide restrooms accessible to the disabled; provide metal stud framing and insulation to the interior side of the exterior concrete walls from the top of the floor slab to the underside of the roof insulation; construct work counters for future concession sales; construct non-bearing interior wall partitions for the restrooms and dressing room; modify and provide openings in the existing walls for new egress doors; construct a new 2,127 square foot mezzanine; installation of suspended ceiling system and related lighting; installation of new mechanical system units; and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, Engineering, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All alterations and modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **SRZ** PWU2010-00008
