Work to include: Add (1) layer of 5/8" type 'X' sheetrock to each side of the tenant demising wall; Add a new exterior exit door, exterior landing and a 4 ft. concrete walkway to the West side of the building; construct spill drainage and containment per plans; install a new service sink; install a new work sink; install panic exit hardware on all exit doors; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; plumbing, electrical and HVAC work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. This building is required to be partially fire sprinklered for the occupancy change to a high hazard occupancy group H. A separate permit is required for the installation of the automatic sprinkler system. Automatic sprinkler systems shall be designed and installed in accordance per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
