(WELLS FARGO) - To remodel the interior portion of an existing 1,940 square foot existing bank building. Remodel work to include: interior demo per plans; construct a new section of teller line includuding a connected ADA service counter; upgrade the existing portions of the teller line counters per plans; provide a new counter surface to the existing check writing stand; provide new floor tile per locations on plans; extend the existing raised floor platform at the new service manager desk location; remove and replace the existing aluminum store front entry doors in their existing frames; provide mill work and related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; and electrical work. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit.
