Assistance League of Boise Addition - To construct a 3,800 square foot addition to the west side of a 7,398 square foot existing Commercial retail building per plans. Work to include: selective demolition per plans to include an exterior second floor stairs, doors and windows; construct a new relocated second floor stairs and landing; construct exterior walls, interior walls, and roof per plans; new interior spaces to include two new fully accessible restrooms, mechanical room, laundry room, and kitchen; construct masonary privacy enclosure screen/walls at the south and north sides of the building per plans; the installation of smoke/fire dampers shall meet the manufacturers installation instructions and shall be provided to the field inspector; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. A new fire barrier wall will separate the existing building from the new addition portion to establish two separate fire areas within the same occupancy. The west exterior wall has a one hour fire resistance rating due to the fire separation distance from the existing Philanthropic Center building. (This building is NOT fire sprinklered.) **SRZ**
