Work to include: remove (2) existing exterior doors and infill wall per plans; install new exterior door; new concrete slab floor per engineering; construct a new access stairs to the mezzanine; construction of interior non-bearing walls for offices, reception office, waiting room, file/storage rooms, mechanical room, conference room, drafting room, IT room, two fully accessible mens and womens restroom, and janitors closet; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; Installation of a new suspended ceiling system per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project.
