(Plantation Shopping Center) - To remodel the front facade of an existing shopping center per the approved plans. Work to include: Demolition work including removing existing roof tiles, CMU pilasters, and portions of the existing metal roof canopy; remove and replace the existing roof top units; remove and replace the existing built-up roof membrane with new PVC roofing membrane system over new rigid insulation board per plans; construct the new canopy upgrades per plans and engineering; construct new awnings in select locations; remove, relocate and replace select store front glazing and doors per plans; new exterior lighting upgrades; and exterior site upgrades per plans. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, Engineering, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
