Crooked Fence Brewery - To remodel an existing 2,566 square foot tenant space in an existing 10,080 square foot building for use as a brewery. Work to include: Remodel an existing restroom to fully comply with accessibility per plans; remove two interior doors and infill the existing interior wall opening; remove a portion of an interior wall for a new cased opening per plans; install a new three compartment sink; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. No new lighting or mechanical work is proposed or allowed under this permit. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
