Assistance League of Boise - **PLAN MODIFICATION ON 2-24-12 TO INCLUDE: REMOVE EXISTING DOUBLE SWING HALF DOORS AND HARDWARE AT BOTTOM OF EXISTING STAIR LOCATION; CONSTRUCT NEW WALLS TO ENCLOSE STAIR LANDING; AND ADD NEW 3' X 7' DOOR, FRAME, AND RELATED HARDWARE PER THE APPROVED PLANS. SRZ** To remodel a 1,550 square foot portion of an existing Commercial retail building per plans. Work to include: Interior demolition work including demolish select non-bearing wall partitions, millwork, cabinets; remove existing double swing half doors and hardware per plans; construct new interior non-bearing walls per plans; relocate some existing double swing half doors; install a new wood door and associated hardware per plans; and related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. A Fire barrier wall separates this existing building from the addition portion completed under BLD2011-00023 to establish two separate fire areas within the same occupancy. The west exterior wall has a one hour fire resistance rating due to the fire separation distance from the existing Philanthropic Center building. (This building is NOT fire sprinklered.) **SRZ**
