Oliver Finley Academy- ***7-12-12 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: ADD NEW GUARDRAIL AND HANDRAILS IN THE COMMONS ROOM; ADD A NEW EXTERIOR WALL WINDOW IN THE EMPLOYEE LOUNGE ROOM 131; ADD A NEW WINDOW IN THE CLASSROOM 202; REMOVE INTERIOR WALLS AND DOORS DIVIDING THE COS. DISPENSARY, NAIL DISP. AND EST. DISP. ROOMS TO MAKE ALL ONE ROOM; AND MODIFY THE INTERIOR WALL BETWEEN R.R. 122 AND BODY WAX ROOM 121. SRZ*** To build-out for the first time two new tenant spaces (4,968 sq.ft. Annex space / 15,932 sq.ft. Main space) in an existing vacant shell spaces to be used as a beauty college per approved plans. Work to include: construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create: a fully accessible restrooms, classrooms, offices, waiting areas, laundry room, commons room, nail clinic, and associated instructional areas; installation of a suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; lighting, mechanical supply/exhaust systems, and plumbing fixtures. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. A portion of this building has an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or
modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department." **SRZ**
