(DRIZZLE – Plantation Shopping Center) Permit is to create an accessible restroom in an existing 865 square foot retail tenant space. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create an accessible unisex restroom & a storage room, installation of new plumbing, relocation of lighting, installation of new exhaust fan, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
