D & B Supply - To renovate the facade at the front of this existing 38,552 square foot Mercantile building. Work to include: remove existing roofing and infill existing facade with framing and stucco wall covering; construct new stucco cornice; construct two new engineered rough sawn wood canopies with standing seam metal roofing; exterior lighting; exterior site improvements including new sidewalk, curb ramp, accessible signage and vehicular bollards; and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, engineering, and other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. **SRZ**
