SRZ*** Scope of work includes construction of a 70,679 sq. ft., single story, fully sprinklered, Type VA construction, divided by (6) 2-hour fire walls to create four buildings for allowable floor area compliance based on type of construction (13, 122 sq. ft. / 35,634 sq. ft. / 12,797 sq. ft. / 9,126 sq. ft.); with 85 supervised residential units (38 one bedroom units @ 576 sq. ft.; 40 Studio Units @ 416 sq. ft.; 1 Studio Unit @ 523; 4 two bedroom units @ 818 sq. ft.; and 2 two bedroom units @ 780 sq. ft.; use of 2-hour fire walls and (3) 1-hour smoke barrier walls create (6) smoke compartments; 1-hour smoke partitions to create a smoke resistant corridor system; a kitchen, dining and socializing area; laundry, mechanical and common use support areas. There are four interior courts (3,966 sq. ft. / 3,044 sq. ft. / 5,734 sq. ft. / 4,015 sq. ft.) that exit back through the facility; installation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems; and all associated site work and landscaping.
