Good Cacao TI - To remodel a 775 square foot interior portion of an existing building for this tenant. Work to include: construct new interior walls to create two new fully accessible mens and womens restrooms and locker rooms with benches, and a new break room; construct an engineered structural roof ceiling system over the new break room and restrooms for a future office area above; extend an existing stair enclosure wall to the bottom of the existing roof trusses; construct a new wall from the 2nd floor HVAC platform to the bottom the existing roof trusses; install a service sink; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; plumbing, electrical work; install new emergency light fixtures and illuminated exit signs; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. Separate electrical and plumbing permits are required. **NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
